I - Purpose

Les présentes conditions générales de parrainage définissent les modalités et conditions selon lesquelles Beev propose un programme de parrainage destiné à promouvoir ses services de voitures électriques et de bornes de recharge commercialisés exclusivement via le site beev.co.

II - Details

• Parrain : Tout client de Beev participant au Programme en parrainant un filleul ayant commandé directement sur le site beev.co.
• Referred Friend: Any person who has never been a Beev customer and who is referred by a Sponsor.
• Récompense: Avantages accordés au Parrain et/ou au Filleul suite à une participation validée au Programme et commandant directement sur le site beev.co.

III - Eligibility

To take part in the Programme:

• The Sponsor must be an active Beev customer.
• The Godchild must be a new person who has never subscribed to Beev's services.

IV - How the Programme works

4.1 Programme registration valable uniquement pour une souscription réalisée sur le site beev.co

The Sponsor invites the Recommendee to discover Beev via a unique referral link provided by Beev.

4.2. Validation of Sponsorship

For the sponsorship to be validated:

• The Recommendee must register and subscribe to a Beev service using the referral link or code.
• The Godchild must finalise the purchase of an electric vehicle or the installation of a charging point.
• Toute commande effectuée via un partenaire de Beev ou un autre site que Beev.co est exclue du programme et ne donne lieu à aucune récompense.

V - Reward procedures

• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other Beev promotions or special offers.
• Beev reserves the right to change the nature and value of the Rewards at any time.

VI - Limits and Restrictions

• The programme is limited to one use per Recommendee.
• Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate cancellation of participation in the Programme and the associated Rewards.

VII - Modification and Termination

Beev reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on our website. In the event of termination of the Programme, sponsorships validated prior to the termination date will be honoured in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

VIII - Data protection

Personal data collected as part of the Programme is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. It is used exclusively for the management of the Programme and will not be shared with third parties without the prior consent of the persons concerned.

IX - Acceptance of the Conditions

Participation in the Programme implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, the Sponsor and the Patron agree to abide by the rules of the Programme and the decisions of Beev, which will be considered final and binding.
