The ZS EV has a range of up to 263 km in the WLTP cycle, thanks to its 51 kWh battery. What's more, with a speed of 60 km/h, the automaker claims a range of 440 km, making urban travel highly attractive.
In terms of powertrain, the MG ZS EV delivers up to 130 kW of power (177 hp) and 280 Nm of torque. It also boasts a top speed of 140 km/h. What's more, the ZS EV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.6 seconds, and from 0 to 50 km/h in just 3.6 seconds.
MG ZS EV test drive: Recharging
When it comes to recharging, the ZS's 51 kWh battery can be recharged from 10% to 80% in around 40 minutes at a 70 kW rapid terminal, making it the ideal solution for urban travel.
At a slow-charging station, it will take you up to 8 hours and 45 minutes to complete a 0-100% charge at 6.6 kW.
In addition, to ensure more efficient fast recharging, MG offers liquid cooling technology to regulate battery temperature.
