All about Honda-e

Performance

The Honda e is a 100% electric vehicle. The Honda e's maximum power is 110 kW (150 hp). Inspired by the CR-V Hybrid, its permanent-magnet synchronous motor delivers 150 hp and over 300 Nm of torque for immediate, seamless acceleration. Perfectly balanced weight distribution (50/50) and a low center of gravity deliver a dynamic driving experience.

The Honda-e is a car designed for the city, but you can accelerate instantly by switching to Sport mode if you want to move up a gear.

The single pedal allows you to accelerate and decelerate with a single pedal: press forward and release to brake. Of course, a brake pedal remains at your disposal should you wish to brake.

Thanks to its 4.3m turning radius, you can drive anywhere in town. Honda Parking Pilot helps you park even in the tightest spaces.

Refill

The Honda e is a city car and doesn't go overboard in terms of range. Its battery has a total capacity of 35.3 kWh. Estimated usable capacity is 32 kWh. Range is around 220 km in the WLTP cycle with a 100% charged battery. Actual range, however, will depend on a number of factors, including climate, road conditions, whether or not air conditioning is used, and driving style.

Charging takes place in the center of the hood for easy access. An LED light indicates charging status at all times.

Recharging is via a Type 2 connector, and the on-board charger has a maximum output of 6.6 kW. This means that a fully discharged battery can be recharged in around 5 hours 15 minutes. Charging the car using a domestic wall socket will take around 14 hours and 45 minutes.

Fast charging is possible via a CCS connection. Maximum fast-charging power is 56 kW. The battery cannot be charged continuously at this power. In an average fast charge session, the average charging power will be around 40 kW. This enables the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes.

About Honda

Honda logo

Honda is a Japanese automaker founded in 1948. Originally, Honda was a motorcycle manufacturer that became legendary for its mastery of small 4-stroke engines. It wasn't until 1962 that Honda brought out its first car, a small convertible called the S360. Thus began a series of small, sporty vehicles benefiting from the experience Honda had accumulated in F1 and two-wheeled competition. It wasn't until 2020 that Honda launched its first electric car, the Honda-e, a city car with a singular design and high-tech equipment.
