Why choose an electric sedan?

Electric sedans are primarily designed to reduce CO2 emissions. They also address other issues that motorists may encounter:

The best electric sedans of 2020 come in all types, from family sedans to compacts. What's more, their prices are in the same range as those of combustion-powered cars.

What is an electric sedan?

The sedan is an emblematic car body, divided into two distinct categories. The first is the hatchback sedan, which has a silhouette with an indentation in the windshield, more commonly known as a compact.

On the other hand, there are the much larger three-box models. Three-body models are distinguished by the much greater space allotted to the hood, passenger compartment and trunk.

The strength of sedans lies in the volume of luggage and passenger space available. That's why three-box models are so popular in the automotive market, especially with professionals who need to cover a lot of miles.

With its sturdy bodywork, the sedan has become one of the most popular vehicles for travel, thanks to its attractive, safe silhouette. On the other hand, the advantages of the sedan lie in the comfort of the cabin, its roadholding and the high level of connectivity provided by automakers.
